Apple Cider Caramels - totally smitten

Goodness, I'm smitten.  Smitten Kitchen is a lovely food blog, and I've been binging. 

Apple Cider Caramels - down the hatch.  Unfortunately, I'm the only caramel eater in the house.  Fortunately, it was a nice chance to give them away and share them with wonderful Anne at Autumn Hills Orchard.
